Pre-Team Program

Designed for swimmers who have completed all levels of the SwimRight® Method, this program focuses on building endurance and refining advanced techniques to prepare them for competitive swim teams.

Stroke Development

A stepping stone between regular swim lessons and pre-team training, this class helps swimmers master all four strokes and learn the techniques needed for competitive swimming, including starts and turns.

Parent-Tot Program

For children under 2 years old, this program offers a gentle introduction to the water while creating a bonding experience for parents and children.
