We at SwimRight Academy stand by our QUALITY of INSTRUCTION. Learning to swim is a process that is different for every child. Patience, commitment, and consistency are very important during this process. Please remember that WATER SAFETY is the main reason you enrolled your child in lessons. Although we hope there won’t be need to cancel any swim lessons, if at any point during enrollment you need to stop your swim lessons, we are happy to reschedule for another day/time, hold credit on your account for future use, or offer a full refund for any unused classes.

How Scheduling Works
Beginning with your confirmed start date, your swim lesson day, time, and teacher are reserved for you indefinitely. This will be your regular time slot until you give it up or decide to move to another slot. For example, if you book an ongoing reservation for Sundays at 10am, YOU and ONLY YOU will get to swim on Sundays at 10am until you discontinue your lessons. Your slot is yours until you notify SwimRight Academy you don't want it any longer.
Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours before the lesson time to be considered an excused absence. If your absence is excused, you can reschedule your lesson for a different day/time that week or get a credit for that class on the next billing cycle. You can only cancel ONCE a month without rescheduling to receive credit on your account for the following month billing cycle. You may cancel your class via the Customer Portal, SRA App, or by sending a text message to: (323) 433-1810. Lessons canceled 2-24 hours prior to the lesson qualify for a 50% credit of the lesson cost to your swim account. Lessons canceled within less than 2 hours prior to the lesson do not qualify for any credit or makeup tokens.
A trained instructor will meet you at the location agreed upon with all the equipment needed to conduct swim lessons. You are paying for a set amount of an instructor’s time, and it is your responsibility to have your children, swimmers, self, and pool ready for the lessons. The timeslot purchased includes any additional set up or break down of the lessons, including giving notes or suggestions for upcoming lessons, and under no circumstances will your instructor be able to stay for more time than what has been reserved and paid for in advance.
You have the ability to have as many swimmers as you’d like to swim in back-to-back individual sections of time throughout each lesson you book; however, you must make sure that each person that is expected to swim has an individual profile created in our Portal before the start of the lesson they will be participating in.
If permanently terminating any classes, you must do so through the Customer Portal or SRA App by no later than closing time on the 24th of the month in order to not be charged for the following month. If your termination extends into the following month, your final bill will be prorated to pay for lessons up to the termination date.
